ADNL has been in the news for all the right reasons this season. A record number of teams and players took part in the 2008 - 2009 season, and congratulations once again go to AL JABER for winning the A League and to DeVere for winning the B League.
Abu Dhabi also sent 4 teams to the annual Intergulf tournament in Bahrain in March. The Abu Dhabi A team won the tournament and became the best team in the Gulf and were also runners up in the Invitational Cup.
The Abu Dhabi B team came 8th, the Abu Dhabi Social team came 14th and for the first time ever, Abu Dhabi sent a mens team who came 3rd!
